Villa Angela has 7 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, and can sleep up to 14 guests.
The spacious living area on the ground floor has a large corner sofa and armchairs, a wood-burning stove for winter months, an HD Smart TV, a DVD player and 3 large French windows leading out to the loggia dining area and swimming pool, with uninterrupted lake views. The dining room is next door with a dining table for 14 people.
The ultra-modern kitchen is equipped to a professional level, with 3 ovens, an induction hob, an American fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave. There is a breakfast bar for 8 people for more casual dining.
The outside space and gardens are equally well-appointed. Directly in front of the living room is a shaded loggia with a table for 14 for dining al fresco. The loggia leads directly to the poolside terrace, where guests can relax on one of the many sun loungers and enjoy the view of Lake Como.
Back indoors there are 7 sumptuous double bedrooms situated on the ground and first floors. There is a second sitting area on the first floor with a sofa and armchair where guests can relax.
Sleeping
Bedroom 1 (Argento): On the ground floor, this suite has a separate sitting room with lake views from glass doors that lead onto the terrace. It even has its own grand piano. The bedroom itself has a large double bed with a striking, antique chest of drawers, and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 (Gialla): On the first floor, this charming bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, an en suite bathroom and large windows overlooking the gardens
Bedroom 3 (Arancione): A first floor bedroom with its own private balcony with table and chairs, so guests can breakfast over-looking the lake. Inside, the traditional furniture gives this room a cosy feel. It has an antique double bed, mahogany dressing table and mirrored armoire, plus an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 4 (Verde): A light filled corner bedroom on the 1st floor with views over the lake. This fresh bedroom has a double bed and a contemporary feel.
Bedroom 5 (Lilla): A truly stunning bedroom, on the first floor, with its own terrace and breath-taking views of Lake Como and the Alps. The décor is a combination of antique and contemporary with a large double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and en suite bathroom. Two double French windows lead out onto the private terrace which has sun loungers.
Bedroom 6 (Rosa): On the first floor, this sunny corner bedroom looks out over the lake. There is a double bed, with an antique bedside table and an antique wardrobe next to the en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 7 (Azzurra): A pretty bedroom on the ground floor with a brass bed, antique bedside table and large antique wardrobe, plus an en suite bathroom.

Location
The beautiful village of Pianello del Lario is on the western shores of Lake Como. There is a small pebble beach with a few lakeside restaurants. In the summer you can swim in the lake, windsurf and sail. Every Easter there is a regatta to welcome the spring. The village has some shops and a bakery and you can find a larger supermarket nearby in Musso (2-minute drive)
For children and adults in search of an adrenaline rush, head to Lake Como Adventure Park (25-minute drive) (open from spring through to autumn) for zip-lining through the alpine forests. Or you can book your own private guide for individually tailored activities including hiking, canyoning and rock climbing through Alto Lario Guide. For something calmer try the Giardino del Merlo (10 minutes drive) where you can walk through the beautifully tended gardens and admire the views over the lake and mountains.
Milan’s international airports Linate and Malpensa are both a 1 hour 45-minute drive from the villa.
